• User Identification: Discord User ID and Username to track leveling XP, builder statistics, order history, and ticket permissions.

• Server Identification: Discord Guild/Channel IDs for ticket configuration, logs, and notification routing.

• Uploaded Files & Attachments: Minecraft schematic files (.litematica, .schem, .schematic) and images uploaded voluntarily in tickets to render 3D previews and calculate block counts.

• Ticket Transcripts: Message history within closed ticket channels saved temporarily for customer support and transaction dispute resolution.

3. How We Use the Information

Collected information is strictly used to:

Provide Minecraft building service tickets, order processing, and builder payouts.
Render and analyze Minecraft schematic uploads.
Manage server leveling leaderboards, moderation strikes, and giveaways.
Ensure transaction safety and prevent abuse or scams.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade any personal data to third parties. Data is never shared outside the essential operation of the Discord bot.
