Description

# MAINTENANCE:
- chance of breaking during server resets (must turn off then on)
- chance of breaking redstone torch at the very top when turning off (not often)
- remove the cobblestone that appears at the very bottom after you turn it off for maximum rates (you lose a tiny bit)
